The Ethic of Loving

Join MFest & Civic Square for this deep dive (as much as you can in an hour!) conversation, looking at Islamic perspectives and different women's experiences on the practice of loving, through different areas of their lives; from their romantic, familial, work and spiritual lives to the process of giving Dawah and finding space for self love.

The conversations seek to explore the revolutionary roles women play in producing knowledge within Islam, and the methods of expressing and developing communities enamoured by an ethic of loving.

This event is guest curated and hosted by Aliyah Hasinah, and features contributions from Selina Bakkar of Amaliah.com, Academic Huddah Khaireh, Artist Haja Fanta & Journalist Myriam François.
